Maintenance Plan

When you own our $14.95/month maintenance program, we will send a service technician to your home twice a year, once in spring and once in fall, to check your heating or cooling equipment. Maintaining your system is vital to its longevity and often necessary to keep your system's factory warranty.

Terms and Conditions for Blue Sky Heating and Air HVAC Maintenance Plan

Continuation on Month-to-Month Basis and Cancellation Policy
Blue Sky Heating and Air HVAC maintenance plan will automatically continue a month-to-month basis unless canceled. Monthly charges will be applied to the authorized credit card until a cancellation notice is received through the designated customer service channels.

Authorization of Credit Card Transactions
By enrolling in the HVAC maintenance plan, you authorize Blue Sky Heating and Air to initiate credit card transactions to the provided account in accordance with applicable U.S. laws. This authorization includes recurring monthly charges for the maintenance plan.

Receipt of Payment
The charges for the HVAC maintenance plan will appear on your credit card statement with a clear description of the transaction. Please review your statement regularly for accurate records.

Changes to Terms and Conditions
Blue Sky Heating and Air reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Notice of changes will be provided to you, and continued use of the maintenance plan constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Termination by the Company
The company reserves the right to terminate the HVAC maintenance plan in the event of non-payment or violation of terms. Notice of termination will be provided in writing.

Customer Responsibilities
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the credit card information provided is accurate and up to date. Any changes to the billing information should be promptly communicated to the company.

Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from or related to the HVAC maintenance plan will be resolved in accordance with applicable legal processes.
