3. Virtual Estimates

Virtual estimates are provided based on the information you provide, including photos and descriptions of your HVAC system. While we strive for accuracy, virtual estimates are subject to change upon an in-person inspection. A final quote will be provided after an on-site evaluation.

4. Pricing and Payments

  • All pricing is subject to change without notice.

  • Payment terms will be provided in the service agreement before any work begins.

  • We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards and financing options when available.

  • Failure to pay may result in service suspension or legal action.

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling

  • Customers may cancel or reschedule appointments with at least 24 hours’ notice.

  • Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee.

  • Blue Sky Heating & Air reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, technician availability, or emergencies.

6. Warranties and Disclaimers

  • We provide manufacturer warranties on parts and limited warranties on labor, as specified in the service agreement.

  • We are not responsible for any pre-existing issues with HVAC systems that were not disclosed prior to service.

  • Our services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free performance.

7. Liability Limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blue Sky Heating & Air shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, resulting from the use of our services.
